Refund Policy
At Amore Handicraft, we value your trust and strive to deliver products that reflect the care and craftsmanship behind our brand. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Product Received
- Please record a clear unboxing video of the package from start to finish and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving the order.
- The video must be uncut, unedited, and authentic. Any signs of tampering or staged content will render the claim invalid.
- We typically respond within 24 hours, and if your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 Days.
- Prefer a replacement? We’ll ship it with your next order or if need in urgent will be delivered to your address in next 7-8 working days from Amore Handicraft.
2. Missing Item
- If something is missing from your package, don’t worry. The process is the same as above:
- Share an unboxing video within 12 hours.
- Once approved, a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days or replacement (shipped with your next order) will be arranged or if needed on urgent it will get delivered in next 7-8 working days.
3. Return to Origin (RTO)
If the package is returned due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address,
- Refusal to accept the parcel,
- Missed delivery attempts,
You are eligible for a refund after deduction of shipping and packaging charges. If you'd like us to attempt redelivery, additional shipping fees will apply.
Please Note: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, multiple missed attempts, or if the package is refused, we won’t be able to process a refund. However, we’d be happy to resend your order — just cover the shipping fee and we’ll take care of the rest!
Return Policy
If you’d like to return an item, we provide 2 days return policy, please review the following guidelines:
- Reverse shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Pickup arrangements must be made by the customer.
- Refunds/Replacements are only processed after receiving the returned product in original, good condition:
- Return with Refund: Refund is issued after deducting shipping & packaging charges and will be process to the source in 6-8 days.
- Return with Replacement: Customer pays shipping & packaging fees for the replacement dispatch and soon it's done we will dispatch it and it will reach you in next 7-8 working days.
- Sale Products are not eligible for return/replacement unless the item is damaged or missing.
- Stock Clearance Products are non-returnable and non-replaceable. Refunds are only issued for damaged/missing items in this category.
- For Cash on Delivery orders with 30% advance payment, if the parcel is refused upon delivery, the advance is non-refundable.
❗ Fragile items are only eligible for return if damaged or defective upon arrival. Please report any such issues within 12 hours with valid proof (e.g. unboxing video).

We stand behind the quality and authenticity of everything we deliver, and we're here to support you with any questions or concerns — whether it's about usage, breakage, or functionality.
That said, since our collections are handcrafted in small batches and we work with a large number of customers, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of delivery if you notice any issues. This helps us resolve things quickly and fairly for everyone.
Beyond the 7-day window, we may not be able to accommodate quality-related concerns — but we’ll always do our best to help where we can!
