At Amore Handicraft, we proudly deliver our handcrafted treasures all across India. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
- While the tracking system is generally accurate, please note that it provides an estimated timeline and occasional delays may occur.
- We usually dispatch orders within 3–5 business days, and typical delivery takes around 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines can vary based on distance and local courier performance. While delays by courier companies are beyond our control, we’re always happy to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
📦 Order Cancellation
We offer free cancellation within 30 min of placing your order.
After 30 min, a cancellation fee of 15% of your total order value will be applicable, as your product begins processing.
But if you product is dispatched, then there is no provision of order cancellation.
💸 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders that require a 40% advance payment, please note:
- If the order is refused at the time of delivery, the advance payment is non-refundable.
